We provide comprehensive bookkeeping services ensuring compliance with the law of accountancy, tax law, accountancy recognized standards and with governing accounting.

Our services include in particular:

• study and implementation of entity’s accountancy rules, including the company’s chart of accounts
• ongoing bookkeeping
• keeping ongoing register of revenues and expenses
• keeping the VAT purchase and sales register according to VAT Act’s regulations
• keep register of fixed assets, equipment, intangible and legal assets and prepare depreciation plans
• drawing up annual settlements and financial statements according to tax laws and the Accounting Act
• drawing up reports for statistical offices and for other financial institutions.

As a part of our accounting services, we prepare all kind of returns. We apply on behalf of our Clients for all types of certificates necessary for their business activity etc.

We provide our services in ours or Client’s head office, depending on our Clients’ choice.

We communicate in different ways: e-mail, telephone, fax, by letters, depending on Client’s choice.  

Human resources and payroll department

We also offer comprehensive payroll services, in particular:

• preparing, submitting of application and deregistration forms for payer of contributions persons who are subject to insurance
• preparing payrolls
• preparing tax returns and Social Insurance declarations (for Social Insurance Institution – ZUS)
• settlement documents are sent to Social Insurance Institution by Internet
• preparing of monthly reports RMUA for insured.

We also provide HR services according to the labour law standards. These services especially include keeping employees’ records, employees’ remuneration register, issuing certificates of employment, preparing statistical declarations. If need be, we organise trainings in occupational health and safety (BHP).

In the register of legal persons entitled to provide tax consultancy services maintained by the Ministry of Finance we are entered at item number 31.
