Foreign investors starting the business activity in Poland have to fulfil a number of formalities. They are related with the necessity to be entered in appropriate registers, to submit applications in numerous offices, often to obtain licencies, concessions or permits. The procedures in respect of actions are complicated, and difficult to be accomplished by foreign persons individually for lack of relevant international regulations.

To make establishing companies in Poland easier for foreign investors, we take into ourselves the most of duties related to this procedure:

• We draw companies’ deeds
• We prepare registration documents for the National Court Register
• We register the company in the Central Statistical Office (GUS)
• We register the company in the tax office and apply for assigning of the tax identification number for the company
• We register the company for needs of VAT and intra-Community transactions
• We take actions on behalf of a foreign investor, to obtain a concession or a licence, if they are required by law.

Thanks to our close cooperation with a notary’s office, sworn translators and lawyer’s office, we can limit to an absolute minimum the number of all actions requiring personal presence of foreign investors of their representatives. Our schedule of meetings can cover only 2-3 days specially for foreign investors who can not spend much time in Poland.

The period starting from signing the notarial deed - establishing a new enterprise until completing the registration process procedures in all offices takes approximately six weeks. Therefore we offer to the foreign investors the purchase of newly-established limited liability companies which have not begun their operation yet, but which have already been registered at all offices.
