Welcome on the Group of Advisory Companies RSM Poland KZWS websites

We started our activity over seventeen years ago when entrepreneurs just begun to realise the importance of professional tax and economic consultancy for their business activity. We started our existence on the advising companies market in 1991 as a Tax and Legal Office. In 1996, due to the increase of the demand  for our services, we separated into two independent entities offering complementary services: Lawer's Office and Tax Advisory Company (Spółka Doradztwa Podatkowego Spółka Akcyjna), which was the third company of this kind in Poland. In 2004 we continued in segmentation of our activity separating from our structure a consulting department – European Economic Advice (Europejskie Doradztwo Gospodarcze Spółka Akcyjna). It was due to an increasing demand for economic consultancy services. In the beginning of 2005 we completed our offer with adding auditing services be creating Auditing Company (KZWS SA, formerly Spółka Audytorska SA).

In the middle of 2009 over six months of due diligence process RSM Poland KZWS became the only member firm in Poland of RSM International, the 6th largest network of independent auditing and consulting firms worldwide, holding over 700 offices in over 86 countries, employing over 33,000 professionals. Thanks to cooperation with partner companies from all over the world within the framework of RSM International, we can even better support our Clients with our and our partners' knowledge and experience.
